I purchased a couple of programs from the net and all was going fine till one day my PC was burned-up from a power-storm surge and I had to $purchase$ another...Well I downloaded the previously mentioned programs and "Then"..All seemed to go down-hill from there.The programs that once worked fine ,no-longer seemed to want to function properly.after a few weeks they just died and each time i tried to re-load them,well! I then started to get messages that these programs were not "Registered"??? although they are Registered I cannot get them to function.I notified the company's of where I purchased the programs and was sent a message to re-install But!,..this will not get-ur-done,so to say..Need Good-Help or advise.Thanks and Semper-Fi.

   All programs are different.
   The company that sold you the program is going to be able to best help you.  You need to find out from them what to do.  If what they suggest does not work, tell them and find out from them what to do next.
