when my computer boots up I get an undecisivable (for me) notepad which I click off every time without any consequences. How can I eliminate it? thanks

undecisivable? I don't know what you mean by that. What is in the notepad?
If it is starting at startup, it must be in one of the startup lists. Look in MSConfig's Startup list or in Speed Startup's.

the notepad reads:

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787
[LocalizedFileNames]
MozyHome Status.lnk=@C:\Program Files\Mozy\oem.dll,-20101

when I go to speed startup there are many items.
which shall I delete.?
