Bought and used RegVac for 2 years. Just downloaded update. Saved the file(did not open it,yet). Just open the file and install over old version of RegVac?

   Yes, you should install the new version of RegVac to the same directory as the old version (the install program will do this by default).  There is no need to uninstall the old version.
