before I could get to my home screen windows always asked for input of ctrl, alt, del and that was the microsoft password to start my home page and now nothing happens when I do that it is locked on that page, what do I do to fix it?

Hi,
Try starting in SAFE MODE (press F8 continuall as the machine boots.)
If you can get into Windows GoTo >control panel and >users and disable the ctrl+alt+del

Re start.
