First you should check to see if 90% of the backup is there and if it can be accessed. I say that because WinRescue does a lot of tying up loose ends at the end of the backup process which it would not have been able to do. But it is still possible that 90% of the backup is available. To check this, try restoring a file from the parial backup. If the partial backup is good, you should be able to do either an Incremental Backup or a Differential Backup (in your case, they will do the same thing) to get the others. It is possible that some of the files were not backed up but marked as backed up because of the abrupt ending of the backup in which case they will not get backed up in an Incremental or Differential backup.
