First, look for it in Add of Remove Programs in the Control Panel. If it is there, select it and click on the Remove button. If it is not there, look in Start - All Programs, for the program and see if it has an uninstall link there. If it does, run it. It sounds like you already tried this. If you don't find it there, open Windows Explorer (by right clicking on the Start button and selecting Explore from the popup menu) and find where the program is on your drive. Look for an uninstall link in the program's directory. If you don't find one, delete the program and its folders. Be sure to only delete files and folders for the program and that you will not want later. Then go to Software Cleanup in the Expert Zone of RegVac Registry Cleaner ( http://www.superwin.com/regvac.htm) and follow its directions. Also run A1Click Ultra PC Cleaner ( http://superwin.com/a1clean.htm) to clean up any leftover shortcuts. |
