Iam uable to connect to the netwoks but able to find the computer name in the search box. What has gone wrong . I tried to install the printer also same error can't access the network.

pls help me out.

What operating system are you using? In WinXP, there is a Network Wizard in the control panel. If you find it, follow its steps.

   I have experienced the same problem.  I don't know what the solution is.
   If you want to install the printer on the network, it should be plugged directly into the router and installed like that.  Some printers may not install this way.
   It will not work to install the printer on a computer and then try to access that printer from a different computer.
