Ther is a little box on the boattom of the question that sez HTML is off cannot ppost ??
What does this mean and how do I correct it ??

   My Forum Rules box below says "HTML is off" too.  But it says that I can post.
   Please look at the top of this page.  If it say Register or Log in on the right, you need to register and then you will be able to post.  Of course, you would not be posting this question if you could not post.
   A possibility is that you are in the Answers section of our website when it says that you cannot post.  Questions in the Answers section have already been answered and are not allowed to be replied to.
