I have installed  a programme which allows me (supposedly) to download recent television programmes from th BBC's website onto my computer to copy to CD/DVD and use in a DVD player.
However all I ever get is a "DRM ERROR" message.
A google of this error message gives several fixes..NONE of which I can find or carry out.  The main one is to use WMP's tools menu to alter the DRM restictions/permissions.  HOWEVER, despite having the very latest updated WMP 11 there is no reference to anyDRM issues on the tools drop down box.
All the other entries on Google relate to Vista.  I have XP on a Compaq Presario with an AMD Duron processor.
Anyone any ideas please
