I tried reinstalling MS Word to regain my lost FAX capabilities and screwed up some things: My Backspace and Delete only will go one space at a time, after a 3 second pause they will work again; The same for the up-down, right and left arrows and also the tab key.any ideas? thanks, bil

Use open office.  It's free and does everything ms office does.

   1.  From the menu bar, select File - Print
   2. In the Print What drop down list, choose Key Assignments
   3. Click OK

Word will then print a list of customized keyboard assignments for the Normal template as well as the current attached supplementary template.
