When I start up WindowsXP it ask me to load in my fax disk. I don't have a fax machine in my computer and I have to hit cancel several times as it keeps asking for it.

Either a device is hooked up to your computer that Windows thinks is a fax machine or a program running at startup is trying to install the fax machine.
If it is a matter of a device hooked up to the computer, either unhook the device or install the correct drivers for it.
If it is a startup program, go to Run on the Start menu, type msconfig, click on the OK button, go to the Startup tab of the System Configuration Utility and disable the program that is trying to install the fax machine,
