After installing some new programs, I receive a message from SpeedStartup "List index out of bounds (1)."
I have tried deleting some programs from the startup list, and from the Manual Run section, but there is no change.
The program halts, and the icons for the programs do not appear.
What do you suggest?

   That usually means that it is trying to access something in a list that has nothing in it.  When do you get that error?

I get it on startup. Previously, I had received a message "unable to locate startup.ini'. Now, the lineup and storage are listed, but the program stops on that error message.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and continue to get the same error.

   I assume it was SpeedStartup.ini and not startup.ini.
   Try renaming SpeedStartup.ini to SpeedStartup.bak.

You are correct. The file is speedstartup.ini. I changed the extension to 'old.' The program now works correctly.
