Once or twice a day my computer shuts down and automatically re-boots itself. When I send report of error to Microsaft at the automatic request to notify them I got a reply that they can not correct the error. They say the cause is a Device Driver that created a "Stop Error."

I have changed the Power Pack. What else can I do??

A driver is a file which runs certain procedures for software or hardware.  According to Microsoft one of the drivers is causing your problems.  Evidently it is not a Microsoft driver.  So it should be associated with something else that you are running.  I would think that the error would come up when you do the same thing, so maybe if you are observant, you will figure out what that one things is and narrow down exactly what is causing that.  Contact the manufacturer of that software or hardware and they should have a replacement or updated driver which will not cause that error.

Thanks for the information. Not always, but the system shuts down while searching pages and clicking links on the Internet; however, it will shut down while on Internet and no one is at the computer. I am going out and update my drivers and see if that helps. Thanks again.
