Ray, I was just reading your answers to the installing extra RAM question and thought of something I have been meaning to ask. Somewhere down the line I will probably build another new computer. If I add more memory to my existing computer now but buy a faster speed of DDR that may work in my next computer, will it work?? I have heard that it will but will only run at the speed my present motherboard allows. Thanks!!

The faster speed will most likely work, but be sure to check the motherboard manufacturers web site to see if the RAM is compatible with the board [some boards are very picky about things like timing].
