I've recently encountered a problem with wndows not shutting down. it continues to restart. I'm getting the error message>>>System is recovering from a serious error...I don't seem to have any problems while i'm on the computer just in shutting down. Anyone know what is happening and how can I fix it?
Thanks!

A searh of google revealed this:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=System+is+recovering+from+a+serious+error&btnG=Search you may want to check with google and see which problem more closely looks like yours.
Good Luck
