I use Windows XP professional and Corel Wordperfect 10 for wordprocessing. I am suddenly having a problem when I hit the print button to print something from WP10, the program hangs and will not print the document. I recently used a program called Powerwash to clean up my hard drive and figured I washed out a file from the printer software or WP10, so I reinstalled both the printer and WP10 software and problem still exists. I can print from Wordpad and my printer prints out a test page. Anyone have an idea what my problem is. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried any other word processing program? There are free ones on the net.
Do you have any other printing problems? Have you reinstalled the printer drivers?
Which printer do you have?
I would remove WP10 from your system totally, reinstall the printer drivers and then reinstall WP10. If it does not work you are in deep problems.
Try.

Have you checked the printer cable connections? you might even try a new cable.
a poor connection or a defective cable can cause bizzare problems. and yes cables do need to be changed occasionally.
