Just started having problems with anything plugged into the PCI slots.  All voltages look to be there, but everything else works great.. go figure!  It's like my Intel board lost the PCI bus all togehter...

Sounds like you need the chipset drivers for the motherboard. If you know what motherboard or chipset you have, you can download the drivers on the Intel website.
You might also try running chkdsk and see if it repairs the problem, since the PCI bus driver shown on my computer came from the XP installation disk. PCI bridge driver is from Intel.
