you should be able to uninstall it by going to Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs. Reboot the computer when it has finished, and - what i always do with an uninstall - run Ray's AI Click Cleaner to get rid of any left-over entries, files etc.
Also, i think it is worth saving the Adobe Reader installation to disc first rather than installing it straight form the web.
With Adobe Reader, its also worth checking your start-up entries when it has installed as it likes to 'phone home about three times very second to see if there are any updates: fine if you want that but it all takes computer resources. |
