What would cause my computer to shut down when I click on a link on the internet. I can browse fine, but when I click on any kind of link, it shuts my PC down and have to reboot. I'm using Windows XP and IE6 as browser. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Pete

This sounds like some sort of .dll problem. It could also be a problem with firewall settings.
What service pack do you have installed?
I would run chkdsk [check disk] and sfc [system file checker] to find software problems on your computer.
