Lately whenever I have an internet explorer window open (currently version 6.0.29xx) and I open an additional new explorer window, the new window opens, but then the old window pops back up over the new window.  If I have several I.E. windows open, and I open a new I.E. Window, I seem to randomly get one of the old windows to immediatly pop up over the newly opened window.  I then have to Tab or Click through the windows to get back to the newly opened one.  Has anyone heard of this problem?  Re-booting or reinstalling I.E. has not helped.  I am running windows XP Pro 2002 with S.P. 2.

Maybe it has more to do with the website the other browser is on.  Some websites periodically refresh themselves and when they do so, it pops the browser in front of the other ones.
