Here is a response that dlwolff0 gave elsewhere in this board concerning that:

Check this page. The author has a CD download that you can use to get into Windows to delete the administrator password, allowing you to boot the system.

Other than this, the only solution I would know would be to format the hard drive and start all over. Hopefully if you have to do that, you have a data backup for any essential files.
