According to Yahoo! help, it appears that you must first OPEN that email in the Bulk Folder and THEN mark it as Not Spam. If in fact you already are doing that, then contact Yahoo! and ask how you/they can add the wanted email to the "allowed sender" list. the following quote was found in the "What's this?" link from the SpamGuard section of Options/Spam:
"Our intent is to send solicited emails (those bulk messages you have requested) to your Inbox. If a non-spam message should happen to land in your Bulk Mail folder, let us know by clicking on the "Not Spam" button while viewing that message in your Bulk Mail folder." |
