[b][/b]I HAVE WINDOWS XP AND HAVE DISCOVERED  THAT THERE IS TWO  VERSIONS OF AOL ON MY COMPUTER.  I KNOW  WHICH ONE I AM USING  BUT HOW DO I KNOW WHICK ONE TO REMOVE IN THE  ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS.  IT JUST SHOWS ONE  IN THERE

Usually, when you click on AOL in the 'Add/Remove" page, it will do a search for ALL versions of AOL on your computer and then give you the choice of which one to remove.

I WENT TO  ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS AND ALL IT GIVES ME IS THE AOL  UNINSTALLER    WHEN I CLIKCED ON IT   I WAS TOLD TO EXIT AOL AND THEN UNINSTALL   I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW         JUCH

Go ahead and un-install, then re-install with the latest version. I did it many times when I was still using AOL. You will keep all your mail and settings.
