Hi-Don, It appears this has to do with a Hotmail account (perhaps MSN), and the login for that at passport.com Are you following the usual procedure for logging in to Hotmail? By chance, do you have MS Outlook on this pc? I encourage you to review the setting for E-mail client on this system. In Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options> click on Programs tab. in the block, "Internet Programs"; look at "E-mail" line. What does it show for email program? If you have Hotmail, you should set it to Hotmail. Press the down arrow (at E-mail) and make your selection. Another thing to consider, delete contents of your temporary internet cache folder, and possibly delete any old passport cookies
