Sounds more like a possible lack of memory than an IE problem.
How much memory is installed on your computer?

I have  256 mb and 80 GB with 7200RPM hard drive. When I use my reg browser it will throw me off. I just want to find out why IE does it or what.

I agree with dlwolff0.  It sounds like you do not have enough memory.  I do not know about the requirements of the game room you are using, but 256mb does not sound like enough.  My computer has 384mb and I cannot play most good games.
When you start other programs, like the reg browser, they use memory just as IE uses memory.  If you don't have enough, something has to quit.
If you don't want IE to quit, don't start other programs while you are in the game room or get more memory.
The other possibility is that one of the running programs is not managing its memory correctly.  There is not a solution to this except not to run the offending program.
