Maybe there is such a thing, but I don't think so. I don't see how that would be possible since a DLL is simply a program file used by other programs. If you want to repair a DLL find out where it came from (from Microsoft or from another software company) and get a new one from them. Or look for a backup of it on your computer. There are driver update programs but you can do the same thing for free by updating the driver from the manufacturer's website.
