It seems like we concluded last time that you do not have your Outlook Express and/or browser correctly associated in Windows. This can happen if you installed other browsers or email programs and then uninstalled them. Maybe the following will correct it. Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Click on the Programs tab and check the "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser" checkbox. The next time Internet Explorer is run, it will detect if everything is OK. If it isn't, it will ask you if you want to make it the default browser. Answer yes. Hopefully, that will correct the problem. |
