Hi Ray,
In windows XP  when I try to remove a program with the add or remove option I get the message RUNDLL    error loading Ctor.dll . That specified module could not be found.

so it looks like the dll is missing.

On what other way can I remove that program?

Thanks

The down and dirty way to remove it is to look for its files on your harddrive and delete them.  Then look for entries in the registry for that program and remove them (RegVac may be of a help doing this especially the Software Vac part).  Then look for any other shortcuts or files that you might have missed.
A better way would be to reinstall that program (that should repair the Add/Remove problem) and then uninstall it.  You should still run RegVac after doing this because uninstall programs have a bad habit of leaving registry entries behind.  But it is still better than the down and dirty option mentioned above.
