Somehow the address line in MS Explorer has disappeared. I have checked "View/ToolBars" and the "Standard Buttons" and "Address Bar" are checked; however the two places that look like they would take a web address take me to either the Yahoo or MSN search sites.
How do I get the address line back in?

Registry problem

See this article.

If you don't want to edit the registry then you can uninstall, then reinstall MS Explorer. That should also fix the problem.
