my hotmail or msn messenger playes hide and seek when i close it
i close it down it comes on the taskbar at the bottom it appears and diisapears before i can open it or click on it have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still it does it
not everytime but quit a lot
any usefull tips
windows xp home edition with student copy office installed
it may be  something to do with the fact that when windows starts it
seems to reset my desktop 3 times before i can open anything
gratefull for any help

As you are using XP why not use Windows Messenger instead, it is far more stable and less troublesome than MSN Messenger.

No trouble at all, I think you will find it more stable.

Interesting that Microsoft still use version 4.7 (which was the most stable version) in XP while MSN have got to 7.5 ?

Post back so we all know if it resolves your problems
