I have used MapQuest.com (http://www.mapquest.com) for years.
   The first part of MapQuest lets you enter a location and then it will show you it on a map.  If you don't know the exact name or address, just enter as much as you know and it will attempt to find it.
   The feature I like is the Directions which shows you how to get from one location to another.  Just enter the starting location and the ending location.  MapQuest will give you directions, tell you how long it will take, and draw you a map.
