   If you have been diagnosed with a medical condition which requires surgery, this is a good website to go to and find your surgery or newer surgeries to correct your condition.  The video that I watched was an hour long and spent most of the time explaining the surgery in lecture style.  This website is for doctors and so the terminology is technical.  They explained the different problems and why their surgical procedure is better.
   This website has live presentations of surgical procedures (what is usually live is the lecture and not the surgery itself) and archived live presentations (which really are not live).  Many of these presentations seem to be used to promote new ways of doing certain surgeries.
