It is easy to dispose of CD/DVD's without having to erase the data on them. Just put glue on the clear bottom side of two of the CD's you want to destroy and put them together. Use a good glue suitable for this purpose.
Even if somebody would be able to seperate them again, the glue would prevent reading or using them.
