I have installed, as recommended by Adobe, their latest Flash Player, Ver 11.5.502.110.

What I am seeing way to often is the Adobe Flash Player Security Pop-up Box, when browsing the Internet.  I really do not, for what ever reason, understand what they seem to be telling me.  I click OK just to get rid of it, but every time I seem to go to another site, up it pops again.  It is becoming a pain.  I did not see this on the Flash Player Version 10.

The question is: What is this, Why do I get it, and what can I do to get it to stop annoying me.  I would like it to just go away.

(I once had installed a leading antispyware program, that bothered me every time I turned around.  It was uninstalled.  Warnings are fine, but don't waste my time with a warning every 5 minutes or so.)
