Ok I was wondering how one completely deletes the information casinos download on your computer.  Not how to uninstall the software but how to remove the bits and pieces they seem to leave behind after the uninstall.Apparently it is not completely legit for them to actually do this but I would like a sure fire way to remove that information..
Ray's add remove program is a must.  I use it exclusively now and wish I had the money to buy the upgrade.  However it seems one must dig much deeper than that to remove the casino info?

Any help would be appreciated

If their information is stored in the cookies, deleting the cookies or the cookie folder will remove it.
If they actually used a program to store their information on your computer and they do not want you to remove their information, then it is possible that you cannot remove it unless you delete everything on your computer.  There is no program that will know where they decided to put their information.
One place to try is to ask the casino how to remove their information.
