A MS security update, .NET Framework 1.1 SP1, refuses to install. I cannot find the base program, i.e. .NET Framework 1.1. What should I do? Is the .NET framework group of programs necessary? Should I try to install the 1.1 version? Evidently MS deals with this in KB979906, but I do not know how to get there.

A New Bible Built with Modern Technology

New Testament - Breakthrough Version

www.breakthroughversion.com

The Breakthrough Version achieves a much higher level of accuracy. It is:

  • more literal
  • more precise
  • more contemporary
  • more correct
  • more consistent

This Bible even translates hundreds of forgotten Greek words that no other Bible does.

It is an essential tool for Bible teachers and students, yet it is easy to read, even for newbies.

You can get to the KB979906 article by going to this link - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/979906.  It seems a lot of people are having that problem and are not able to solve the problem.  The KB article suggests that you call Microsoft for help.  The phone number is given in the article.
