When I type the letter 'B' into either IE or Firefox the browser shuts down.  I am using a  HP laptop with windows 7.  I just noticed this last night when I typed a word with a 'B' into Mapquest.  When I looked at the screen, it was back in windows 7.  I tried a "B" in IE and it also shut down.

HELP!!!
