Please help, I regularly run regvac in novice mode, but recently I have noticed my computer running very slow, so I thought I'd "have a go" in expert mode knowing I could "Undo" anything I did wrong. Stupid me!
   I ran the "Bad link vac" and it pulled up 1600+ bad links mostly from a portable version of NERO which I use regularly. Whilst attempting to use the horizontal scroll bar I missed and clicked on " Clean checked items" thus removing 1300+ items.  
   OK I thought, just restore with the undo function, but it says they are restored, but  the Bad links vac does'nt find them again, and Internet Exp will not work anymore possibly other programs will not work either but IE not working is really bad for me.

  This is my first post so hello and my apologies if I sound stupid its probably because I am.

   That is a really old version of RegVac.  Updates are free.
   You could try finding the undo file in the RegVac directory and double clicking on it.  Hopefully, that will work.
