HI I TRYING TO DOWNLOAD DVD43 TO GO ALONG SIDE ONE CLICK BUT NO MATTER WHAT I TRY AND DO I KEEP GETTING THE MESSAGE THAT DVD43 IS INCOMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 7 64 BIT AM I MISSING SOMETHING

I do not know what DVD43 is.  It is not one of our programs.  Do you have Windows 7 - 64bit?
