My ISP has told me that my system is trying to access private (non-routable) IP addresses 10.6.208.13 and 10.6.208.24 and that it will result in some problem of some sort ...

How can I find out what on my system or explorer is trying to access these IPs?

My home router is a Linksys WRT610N v1 at 192.168.1.1

Surely, your ISP's tech people could help you with that.

I wish!  They are not the brightest and are of no help.  It is a small town (local) ISP.
