I am trying to install an updated program Paperport12.  It finds an older version on the computer an tries to delete Paperport 9 and I receive an error message "The InstallScript engine is missing from this machine.  If available run ISScript.mis.  I downloaded and installed version ISScript 9 and 10 and still get the same message.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

if you have the older version available, install it and then run the upgrade. If you don't have it handy, delete the Paperport folder in your C drive and then run a good registry cleaner. Then try installing the latest version of PaperPort. Before you do these steps make sure that your new version does not require the prior version installed (upgrade).
