My A1 has quit working.  I uninstalled it, then re-installed, but that didn't fix it.  I scans the files okay, and comes up with quite a list to be cleaned.  However, then it won't clean but 4 or 5 files.  The ones it seems to avoid cleaning are the old system restore points and the old Windows updates.

Do you have any suggestions what I can do to make it work corrctly?  Appreciate it.

Are you using the registered version?  Look at A1Click and see if it says registered or trial.  It sounds like you installed the trial version.

I have the registered version .....went to home page for the correct download.

   Does A1Click say Registered on it?
   I will assume it does.  In very rare situations A1Click will get stuck on deleting one file.  Usually it is the top one listed.  If this is the case, find the file in Windows Explorer and delete it manually.
