I have the new Internet Explorer 8 on my PC with XP Home SP 1,2,3. Last week the taskbar  turned black. Also the taskbar of Microsoft Updatepage is now black.
Can anyone tell me how to change the taskbars back to normal?
Re-installing IE 8 did not work.
