I want to edit text and delete some pictures and background in pdf. How can I do this without downloading any software?

   You have to have special software in order to edit or change a pdf file.

       If you have a full version of Adobe you can edit it right in the .pdf format, however; if you do not, you should still be able to save the document as a .tif or .jpg, then view it with windows picture and fax viewer, and click the open for editing button on the bottom right, usually it will open Paint, and just save it as a new file (because I like to keep originals) and edit away. when you run the program it will install a "virtual printer" that will turn anything you want into a .pdf file instead of spooling to the printer. I usually just hit ctrl+P, select doPDF v6 and hit enter, and then select the file location and name using the "browse" button on the top right, then hit enter on the bottom. When it is finished, it will bring up a .pdf of your "printed" document.
I know you said you didn't want to download anything, but this is a tremendous tool, it makes a .pdf so you can view the output instead of wasting ink, make any corrections, and then print if needed.  Hope this helps, Bill.
