Hi,

Running Vista Home, the back up process stopped working some months ago announcing fault "The parameter is incorrect (0x80070057)". I tried to find out from the Microsoft site an answer but I could not find any help - so I gave up and used another programme to back up to a free standing hard drive.

Have just now installed Vista Service Pack 2 (KB948465) and I hoped that this might solve the problem but no - still the same message. Any thoughts please?
