Have a problem with a desktop icon . It went blank, but is still there. When I click to open, it says: The item 'ui stub. exe' This shortcut refers to has boon changed or moved, so this short will no longer work properly.
What can I do to get it back in working order?  

   A shortcut points to a file and runs that file when you click on the shortcut.
   It sounds like the file that the shortcut points to has been moved or deleted.  Find where the file is and put it back or make a new shortcut.
