Having problems with keyboard  had to reformatt computer as was not fuctioning correctly.  Keyboard is on a usb but when I go to use @ have to Press caps lock and press @ (2) on top line .
Any ideas please  Maureen  

Check the regional settings in control panel and make sure everything is set to your own country, on the languages tab click details and make sure the keyboard is the correct one.
