I need to know what a .cx3 file is and more importantly what program do I need to be able to play it. I have a copy of video survelience from a grocery store but it was copied onto the disk as 4 different .cx3 files. Someone please help!!!!! Thank you for your time.

   It seems that the information on file extension websites about the .cx3 file extension is incorrect.

You may have a problem. It would appear that only the program that created that cxe format file can also view it. See this article for more info:
