I'm trying to 'install' the Adrmpro2 on a computer that has McAfee version 2.5.0.6143 on it and I keep getting a message that I may not have adequate 'rights' to open this file. I have it 'installed' on another computer (set up the same) with AVG and there is no problem.

if you suspect AVG is preventing the installation, try the following.
Disconnect your computer from the Internet and disable AVG and then try installing the program. I suspect that AVG is not the problem.

Does it allow you to go ahead and install?  If so, what happens if you install it?
As far as I know there are not conflicts with Add/Remove Pro and McAfee (or AVG either).
