When INSERT is highlighted with mouse,. it lights up. When INSERT is clicked with mouse it dims all icons & fails. Must press esc to get back to start point. Can't get it to go to exployer to find & select file to insert. All other icons in OE work fine, until dimmed by the INSERT function selection.

   Are you sure the button is not Insert Signature?  I did not find an other Insert button other than Insert Signature.  If it is Insert Signature and you do not have a signature for it to insert, maybe that is the problem.
   Does the Insert menu work?

Repaired using NVIDIA video driver. Not sure why it worked.
